Me and two of my girlfriends visited New York back in February. We had been searching everywhere for a hotel that would accommodate all 3 of us at a reasonable rate. Someone then suggested that we try subletting an apartment for the week instead of staying in pricey hotel! Amazingly we came across MetroFlats and they were so incredible with working within our budget and they gave us a gorgeous 1 bedroom apartment in Midtown...right by times square! The room was spacious, clean and extremely well-decorated! Me and my friends had a blast and we will definitely contact them again the next time we are in Manhattan! thanks!

We enjoyed staying at this appartment, which is very central to all NYC-Attractions (Broadway, Subway, Times Square,...). The contact with MetroFlats was friendly and they were very helpful. Thanks for making our visit comfortable. Ilona & Ricarda from Germany

We enjoyed three nights in this flat. It is clean, well-furnished and comfortable. All attractions that we wanted to see were easily accessed from here. It was a short walk from the theaters and many restaurants. We have rental properties ourselves, so we appreciate good rentals when we find them! We would highly recommend a stay here if you want to visit New York City!

We were very pleased with the apartment and location. Stores and restaurants only 1/2 block away, very close to transportation and perfect for the 3 of us. Apartment was lovely and spacious. We would recommend this place for a visit to NYC.

Our first time to NYC was that much better because of the hospitality of MetroFlats and the apartment we had the pleasure of staying in. This location definitely made us feel like New Yorkers. Highly recommended over a hotel.

It was really nice to have a kitchen. living room area, internet and laundry room downstairs. (Hotels would not have been able to provide most of these). It was a few blocks to Times Square and a very convenient location near the theaters. If something did not seem to work, the staff was very helpful in helping us out. I would recommend the apt. and agency.
